Dorian Hamonic has successfully owned and ran an e-commerce business in the past for many years prior to joining Model Equity. Dorian brings a skillset of extreme attention to detail, analysis, and creativity that is rare to find, combined with a passion for Real Estate and a willingness to always learn and grow to stay on top of the market.

Dorian joined Abbas in April of 2021, and was directly trained on every aspect of underwriting Real Estate at a very deep level. Having now underwritten and analyzed hundreds of deals across the US, Dorian has developed a very extensive skill set of being able to easily filter out deals that don’t meet our extensive criteria of the type of properties we look for.

Dorian also brings the ability of understanding how different submarkets and regions are performing at any given time at a deep level because of his role as the primary Analyst at Model Equity, giving us the ability to see things beyond a surface level and the ability to actively spot trends in real time across different neighborhoods due to the fact that we go through an extensive amount of deal flow daily.
