Every property is different but we normally project a 3-5 year holding period

Every property’s projection is different and we cannot guarantee any returns from investments. Having said that, our usual target is 14-16% IRR (Internal Rate of Return) over the lifespan of the investment including cash flow and any profits from the sale of the property.

Every property and business plan is different but we normally aim to provide monthly distributions to all our investors
