Abbas immigrated to the US at the age of 11, and years later, started out as a Residential Real Estate agent at the age of 18. Within 4 years of being in business, Abbas built a business with 25 employees from multiple countries and became one of the top 50 agents in the country with RE/MAX.

Abbas later on started investing in Multifamily Real Estate both as an active and passive investor, and launched Model Equity in 2021.

Model Equity specializes in helping people invest in hand selected Real Estate deals. We source deals through relationships we’ve built, and follow a thorough vetting process to choose the best deals to bring out to our investors.
